The location is convenient, with all amenities within walking distance. The one-bed apartment I was upgraded to was spacious and clean. The front office staff and hotel manager ensured a comfortable stay. The proximity to the metro station, market, and large rooms make it an ideal choice for both singles and families.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, being nearby a convenient Metro station in the center of the city. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms are equipped with lovely facilities, including a big balcony. It's a bonus that breakfast is included with the cheapest fare.
All was satisfactory.

In general, fair price, good service, good people..., specially, room attendant.
Just Two comments: 1.0 None of the words listed above can be selected to describe you. 2.0 Gym & swimming pool are not attended. 3.0 On departure day, our flight was 17:40PM; we were requested to leave by 12:00PM to avoid half day charge, due to new guest waiting in the lobby. However, just to verify… we asked for extension with additional charge, as inculcated above, our request was accepted! So, what happened to the waiting guest? If any is actually waiting in the lobby room! Thanks Signature: Khalifa friend

My family and I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Geographically it is centrally located, has a supermarket next door, walking distance to mall and recreational areas. We were very well greeted at the reception, room was clean, room service and hotel personnel were very hospitable, facilities that my family used (the swimming pool and the gym) were clean and well equipped. I visit Dubai often on business and will return to this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to the metro station which made getting around a breeze. The rooms were spacious and well-lit, with a big balcony that offered lovely views. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were all in place, and the prices were very reasonable. The breakfast, included in the cheapest fare, was a great bonus.
Minor improvements could be made, but overall everything was fine.

I was surprised with the value for money, the room was well appointed and the staffs at the reception as well as the room service personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this hotel to one and all and I know for sure I need not look any further when I am planning a trip to Dubai again!

The spacious and well-illuminated rooms were perfect for our Christmas stay. The location was also convenient with taxis and public transportation easily accessible. The grocery store nearby was a helpful bonus for our stay.
Some negative aspects dampened our stay. The lack of attention to detail with minor repairs and maintenance left the kitchen and bathroom areas in need of some TLC.

the area has a good location as it is a short walk to a metro station and a couple of grocery stores.
The room was not in good condition. the bed sheets and curtains were torn, and the bathroom was not clean enough.
